Why Dentrah exists
Most dental clinics still run on a paper register, an appointment diary and a separate billing book. Records get lost, treatment plans are remembered differently by patient and dentist, and nobody can say what the clinic actually earned last month.
Dentrah is not a generic clinic system with a tooth icon added. It is built for dentistry: an interactive odontogram, examinations, treatment plans, per-line doctor commission and reports that dental teams use every day.
Dentrah runs on the jDent dental practice platform. Your clinic account opens at app.jdentclinic.com and the mobile app is listed as jDent in the app stores. It is developed by Jantrah.

What you can expect
Billing in INR
Currency is part of the clinic profile, so invoices, payments, reports and doctor payouts run in Indian Rupees.
Sized for solo and small clinics
One dentist and a receptionist can run the whole system. Pricing is per clinic, not per user, and the free first month unlocks every feature. See plans and what each includes.
Support
In English over WhatsApp and email, Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM IST, from Pakistan. There is no India-based office.
Security basics
Encrypted connections, isolated clinic accounts and individual staff logins with per-module permissions. How the platform is built.
Limits worth knowing
- Does not process UPI payments or connect to an Indian payment gateway; it records how the patient paid.
- No ABDM or ABHA integration.
- No GST tax module. Most dental treatment is GST-exempt under SAC 9993; cosmetic procedures and goods can be taxable and are not calculated.
- Clinic data is not hosted in India.
- Support is provided from Pakistan, in English, over WhatsApp and email, Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM IST. There is no India-based office.
- The software interface and voice dictation are in English.
