1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Dentrah ("the Service"), including this website at dentrah.in, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

Dentrah is cloud-based dental clinic management software with Android and iOS apps. Features include appointment scheduling, patient records, dental charting, treatment plans, billing, inventory and WhatsApp reminders. Dentrah runs on the jDent platform, so clinic accounts are hosted at app.jdentclinic.com and the mobile app is listed as jDent.

3. First Month Free and Subscriptions

  • New clinics get their first month free, with no credit card required.
  • Current subscription plans and prices are listed on the pricing page. We confirm the exact amount and payment method with you before you are billed.
  • Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

4. User Responsibilities

  • You must keep login credentials confidential.
  • You must not misuse the Service, attempt unauthorised access, or disrupt service availability.
  • You are responsible for the accuracy of patient data entered into Dentrah, for obtaining appropriate patient consent, and for your clinic's tax and regulatory obligations, including GST.

5. Data Ownership

You retain full ownership of all clinical and patient data you enter into Dentrah. We store and process this data only to provide the Service. You can export your data at any time.

6. Service Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We are not liable for temporary downtime caused by maintenance, third-party outages or force majeure events.

7. Limitation of Liability

Dentrah is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

8. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. Continued use of Dentrah after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, with disputes resolved in the courts of Islamabad.
