Dentrah ("we", "us", "our") respects the privacy of every dental clinic and user who visits dentrah.in or uses the Dentrah application. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the rights you have over your data.

  • Contact details you submit (name, phone, email, clinic name, city) through our demo or contact forms.
  • Clinical data you enter into Dentrah (patient records, appointments, billing), stored securely and encrypted in transit.
  • Usage data such as browser type, pages visited and IP address, collected through standard web analytics.

3. How We Use Your Information

  • To provide and operate the Dentrah dental clinic management software.
  • To respond to demo requests, support questions and WhatsApp enquiries.
  • To send service updates and, optionally, product announcements you can unsubscribe from at any time.

4. Data Storage and Security

All data is transmitted over HTTPS and stored on dedicated servers operated for Dentrah. Clinic data is not currently hosted inside India. Each clinic account is isolated, every staff member has an individual login, and access is restricted to authorised staff under confidentiality obligations.

5. Third-Party Services

We use a small number of third-party services, such as WhatsApp and web analytics providers, strictly to deliver and improve Dentrah. These providers are bound by their own privacy policies. We do not sell your data.

6. Your Rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing info@jantrah.com. Clinics can export their data at any time.

7. Cookies

The application uses essential cookies for login and session handling. This website uses analytics cookies to understand how visitors use it. We do not share your data with advertisers.
